Today I found great instructions on folding a simple Origami Dragon!

Here is a direct link to a video for download, and even to pdf document with instructions!
Also, if you want, you can check out the Instructables website I found that stuff at with even more easy to understand instructions (which I like to call "For the complete idiots").
Have fun folding Origami Dragon!

Well, actually here are origami wyverns, but they are somewhat related to dragons anyway 8)
This is the first post in Origami Dragon Image Set series, and features 5 origami wyvern images. Enjoy!
Note: Click on the images to view larger size.

No origami dragons here unfortunately, but I liked the video. It shows how simple and how complex an origami could be with a Japanese feel.

Origami Dragon blog's goal is to become a comprehensive resource about origami and origami dragon in particular. Welcome! I will collect here all the information I can find about folding origami dragons and even more!
Folded origami models could be simple as this guy over here:

or as complex as this guy:

For complete beginners in origami I will suggest to start from the most basic models like the crane. Here is a video tutorial on how to make one:

Hint: with a couple of basic adjustments you can turn an origami crane into origami dragon :)
You can easily figure out by yourself how ;)

There are much tutorials, guides and instructions for folding various origami models, but much are either blurry (in case of videos) or very confusing and aimed at someone who already has experience with origami. I will make sure that all content that is being posted here is as clear as it could be. Stuff for advanced users will be marked as such. You can always return to such content when you get some experience 8)
